Puzzle Box is a collection of eight puzzle games in one app: Arrow Pop, Bolt Blitz, Hex Stack Sort, Gem Cascade, Kite Clash, Splash Sort, Wall Maze and Fruit Drop Merge.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Each game keeps its own levels and stars. Deleting the app deletes its progress, and progress does not move between devices.

A tutorial keeps showing up.
Tutorials appear the first time you play a level and can be skipped from the tutorial box. If you see one again after reinstalling, that is expected because progress was reset.

I can't hear any sound.
Check that your iPhone or iPad is not on silent and that the speaker button inside the game is on.

The app is stuck or a level won't load.
Close the app completely and open it again. If it keeps happening, email us with the game name and level number.

Why are there ads?
Puzzle Box is free and supported by ads. Hints and extra moves are optional video ads.

Does the app collect my data?
We don't collect personal information. Our ad partner, Google AdMob, may use device information to show ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
